Thank you for choosing AudioConvert. Please review the following subscription policies carefully before purchasing any plan or credits. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

Policy Overview

These Subscription Policies govern the purchase, use, renewal, cancellation, and refund of AudioConvert subscription plans and credit packages.

By subscribing to AudioConvert, you agree to comply with these policies as well as our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Annual Subscription

The annual subscription requires a one-time payment for a full year of service and may offer savings compared with the monthly plan. This option helps maintain uninterrupted access to AudioConvert services for 12 months.

Note: Annual plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the next renewal date.

Monthly Subscription

After the initial payment, your monthly subscription will automatically renew each month. If renewal fails due to reasons on your side, such as insufficient funds or payment failure, your plan may be automatically downgraded to the free version in the next billing cycle.

Credits Allocation & Expiration Policy

Credits are granted monthly for subscription plans, including both monthly and annual subscriptions.

Unused subscription credits do not roll over, do not accumulate, and will automatically expire at the end of each monthly billing cycle, whether the subscription is paid monthly or annually. Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be restored once expired.

By purchasing a subscription, users acknowledge and agree to this credit expiration policy.

Content Restrictions

By uploading or submitting any content to AudioConvert, you confirm that you have the rights to use and process it. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Cancellation Policy

  • Both monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically by default.
  • You may cancel at any time through the subscription management page in your account. No additional fees will be charged. Your current plan will remain active until the end of the billing period, after which it will return to the free version.

Refund Policy

We strongly recommend reviewing the Terms and Conditions before making a payment and fully understanding the product features to avoid refund-related issues.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this refund policy in full. If you disagree with any part of this policy or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us. We value your feedback.

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are only available within 24 hours of the initial purchase, provided that no credits from the plan have been used.

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Requests made after 24 hours
  • Non-initial purchases (including renewals or repeat purchases)
  • Monthly or annual plans within 24 hours of auto-renewal. (cancellation is permitted instead)
  • Promotional or discounted purchases.
  • Failure to cancel due to personal oversight.

The refund amount will be calculated as: Amount Paid – Value of Credits Used

The value of used credits is calculated based on the pricing of the purchased plan. All refund requests must include a valid reason and be submitted by email to: [email protected] .
